Returns & Refunds

All items at Hubba Hubba Romance are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners. Because each product is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges, nor do we offer refunds. 

However, if there is a manufacturing error (like a misprint, damage, or defect), we will happily provide a free replacement of the same item at no cost to you once you have submitted proof of damage via the form below. You will not need to return the defective item.

Timing

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. We typically review claims within one business day once we receive your form and photos.
